With a design studio in Milan, Italy, a strong R&D team, and rich know-how on manufacturing and quality control, we are able to provide our customers with the best product solutions and services to enhance successful brand images against their competitors.
Supplying to Famous Brands
Our production facility is located in Zhongshan, Guangdong Province, which is 1.5 hours by car from Guangzhou airport, or 1.5 hours by ferry from Hong Kong. Equipped with 300 workers and a 10,000sqm production base, we currently supply to famous brands in the US and Europe such as Givi, Shad, Nava, Piquadro, Manfrotto, Tamrac, Cullmann, Tucano and Portdesign.

We purchase most of our raw materials from Taiwan, especially nylon fabric; some special accessories are sourced from Korea.
Machinery/Production Process
We conduct comprehensive in-house physical testing, including abrasion tests, zipper fatigue tests, tensile tests, salt spray tests, UV tests, color fastness tests, handle jerk tests, water repellent tests, and constant temperature and humidity tests. In addition, we perform chemical testing through third-party laboratories such as SGS.

Our QC department is an independent department whose responsibility is to inspect all procurements from material sourcing to finished products delivery.
This ensures that all bags pass internal and external QC standards and also meet your special OEM specifications.

Machinery and Equipment Used
We utilize Brother sewing machines, high-Lead sewing machines, Juki heavy-duty sewing machines, Jumbro zig-zag sewing machines, and Brother computer-controlled sewing machines. For design and prototyping, we employ a new chance technology bag and case CAD/CAMPAM sampling system.
